In the last 16 years, George has used this insider knowledge while negotiating more than 600 dental office leases, preventing unscrupulous landlords and brokers from taking unfair advantage of dentists and regularly securing substantial rental concessions and long term occupancy security for his clients. George studied at Southern Connecticut State University, New York State University, Harvard University School of Design and ICSC University. He has served as a commercial lease consultant to the National Development Council, is a former instructor at the Boston University Metropolitan School of Real Estate Studies and he has served as an expert witness in litigation regarding commercial lease transactions. He was the founder of the acclaimed "Learn 'n Earn"™ series of real estate seminars, has served as a monthly columnist for the New England Real Estate Journal and has authored numerous articles for such publications as The Profitable Dentist Newsletter, Strategies For Success and Doctor of Dentistry. He has had honorable membership in the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Boston Society of Architects, and the American Society of Interior Designers. He is a registered real estate broker in Massachusetts and a certified GFI Instructor at the Massachusetts Board of Realtors as well as a current member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants.
